Overdue cardholder installments were tracked in a database fragmented across dozens of systems in LATAM countries, which made recovery consolidation, analytics and timely reporting of portfolio recovery indicators too complex.
Description
We designed and developed a tool in which users manage a set of parametric negotiation rules, enabling or disabling rules and adjusting numeric parameters or percentages, so that a monthly ETL assigns different types of overdue accounts to third-party collection agencies.
Technologies: SharePoint, C# .NET, Oracle, Web development, ETL tools, Agile – Kanban, Java
Outcome
Consolidation processes that took weeks or months were reduced to nightly processes, enabling smooth execution of delinquent collections and giving managers timely clarity to improve month-to-month collection strategies.
